Glad you asked! All audio files are deleted after they are transcribed, and we don't train the AI using your notes. Your notes are 100% yours.

What is a Pro credit?

Pro users have access to extra features, like notes up to 2 hours long and shareable recorder link. Those specific feature uses credits (unlike regular notes, who are unlimited)

What is a Guest Notes?

Guest notes are notes created trough your shareable recorder link. Send it to your clients and other so they can leave a note to you. 1 guest note = 1 credit.

How many credits do I need to make notes?

Here is a list:
- Up to 20 minutes: 0 credits (unlimited)
- Up to 1 hour: 2 credit
- Up to 2 hours: 4 credits

How does the shareable recorder works?

You will get a unique link you can share with other people to allow them to leave you a note. Those notes are called "guest notes", and will be directly sent to your account. Each "guest note" use one credit.

Do I still have unlimited notes with the Pro plan?

Yes! The credit system is only for notes longer than 20 minutes and Guest Notes
